LONDON FASHION WEEK 2011: Street Style

I met Holly in a fashion cupboard as we packed up hundreds of dresses we would rather wear, and we took on Fashion Week together. A Kings College student, she told me about her style from that Matthew Williamson scarf – a relic of a design internship – to those Russell & Bromley shoes. Here is what she had to say about our cupboard, Fashion Week, and that furry bag:

Where is your outfit from?
The dress is from the Reiss sale, shoes are Russell and Bromley loafers, my jacket is Topshop of course! The scarf is Matthew Williamson from when I worked there – in return for walking his dog – and the furry bag is River Island, it's great because it doubles up as a pillow, but then again it does get completely wet in the rain.

What are your favourite designers?
Alexander McQueen and Matthew Williamson, but I really love Kinder Agguguni especially his attention to detail and the amazing presentation at all his shows.

Where do you like to shop for clothes?
I'd LIKE to shop at Aggugini and Vivienne Westwood, but I settle for Topshop and Urban Outfitters! Maybe one day I will own one of this year's Aggugini cut-out coats.

What do you think is going to be big next season?
I am rooting for polo necks, we saw them at PPQ, Louise Amstrup, and loads at Mulberry. Also pom-pom scarfs definitely – long ones at Mulberry and bright ones at David Koma.
